Purchasing at DalcoWorld is easy. Simply browse through the categories or use our search tool to get the products you are looking for, once you've found what you want add it to your basket.
We strongly suggest registering on the web site in order to have access to all the features which include order tracking. Registration is a simple process which shouldn't take more than 2 minutes.
If you are not sure if you want to make a purchase at the moment, add the product to your wish list. You can always get back to the wish list and move the products to the basket. You can also save the wish list and contact us for more information or clarifications about the products you have selected.
Remember to check if the product you have selected has any additional products, which may include installation at your premises (in case of an air conditioning) or other add-ons related with the main product. Simply click on add to cart to add this extra add-on to your basket.
When you are done with selecting the products, click on checkout on the left side to see the content of your basket and proceed.

Delivery information page
Providing the following information is necessary to process your order:

Selection of desired delivery date.
This information is important for us to prepare the products for you on time. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the products will be delivered on the specific date or time you have chosen. Our customer service representative will check and get back to you if your specific date is possible for delivery. Also note, that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed and need special arrangement with customer service department. We do not deliver on Sundays and national holidays.

Delivery address
If the order is to be delivered to a different address from the one you have supplied for yourself at registration, please enter a new address.
Please note that currently we only delivery in the Republic of Cyprus.

Delivery methods
You can chose either to pick the products up directly from our warehouse in Monagroulli or have the products delivered by our delivery team. If you decide to pick up the product yourself, there will be no delivery charge. If you choose the delivery to your address option the delivery fees are added to the total value of the order. Please note the maximum delivery charge is 40 EUR, and orders over 500 EUR in value qualify for FREE delivery.
In case of personal pickup, please wait for our confirmation that the order is prepared for you.

Payment information

Payment method
Please choose the payment method you would like to use to process your payment. Please, note that your order needs to be paid before we ship the products to you. This is especially important if you need to have the products shipped on a specific date.
Wire transfer may take up to 5 business days to show up in our bank account.
Cash option available at our store only.
PayPal - an easy way to pay for your order if you wish to use your credit card online or paypal account. Using this method will allow you to pay for the order immediately. If you do not have a Paypal account you can easily open one.
Moneybookers - another easy way to pay for your order using your credit card or your moneybookers account. If you do not have a Moneybookers account you can easily open one.
Credit Card - We currently accept all kinds of credit card in our stores, or by telephone only. If you wish to pay for your order online by credit card please call us by phone to process the payment. We are implementing an online payment option that will available soon. Please DO NOT send any credit card details by email.
Add comments about your order
In case you want to inform our customer service department about special details about your order, payment, or special invoice or delivery requests.

Discount coupon
As a registered user, you will receive special discount codes in our newsletters. If you have a promotional discount code, enter the code. Codes are sent to our registered customers when we have special promotions or discounts. Codes can not be issued on demand. Such discounts are sent to our registered customers and are not provided individually.

Please, thoroughly check all information provided during the ordering process. Click edit to make any changes before confirming the order. If you wish to make any changes after the order has been sent, please contact us immediately.
