Dalco World warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser as follows:
for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase from Dalco. Extended warranty may be offered for appliances. Our current warranty policy on large appliances in 2 Years.

The warranty period may be different from 1 year only if stated on the original invoice and duly stamped and signed by the Dalco World store where the product was purchased. Dalco will repair defective products (or, at its opinion, replace with a new or reconditioned product) at no charge. After this 1 year period, labor and parts will be charged at the prevailing rate. Dalco may decline to repair any product after the warranty period, if this product has been discontinued or is no longer offered by Dalco. Any repaired or replaced product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. All exchanged parts or products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Dalco.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice (which is evidence that the product is within the warranty period) must be presented to obtain warranty service.

To obtain warranty service contact Dalco. You must bring the Product, in either its original package or packaging providing the products with the same degree of protecting as that of the original packaging.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any consumables supplied with this product; cosmetic damages, damages or loss of any accessories or damage due to (1) acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, abnormal or unusually heavy use, causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, excessive heat of humidity or modifications of this product; (2) improper installation, operation, testing or maintenance of this product, (3) power failure or connection to improper voltage supply, or (4) attempted repair by any party other than Dalco. This limited warranty does not apply when the malfunction results from the use of this product in conjunction with accessories, or where it is determined by Dalco that there is no fault with this product itself. This warranty is valid only in Cyprus.
